We are a small family kennel. When my husband retired from the army. We bought a nice little 10 acre hobby farm outside of the village of Potter, Nebraska.  Our hobby is raising healthy golden retrievers. One litter a year and until all puppies are sold we do not breed another.  We’ve skipped breeding when we haven’t the time to devote to the puppies. Or like Covid when the country was shut down.  While it looks like we have lots of dogs, and we do.  The vast majority of them are neutered/spayed due to not meeting our breeding standards. Or reaching retirement age between 7 and 8 years.  They are our family.  We do not discard seniors or the imperfect.  We have an 8 run kennel, buts it’s mainly used for the youngsters to get out from underfoot while house cleaning is being done.  Or not doggy people visit.  Summer time every run gets a pool and our water babies love dashing in and out of the pools.  We and the dogs enjoy rural life. The quiet, wildlife, and open prairie makes for a pleasant environment for humans and canines alike.
